NT ON-LINE AUCTION BASIC RULES

Nippon Trading Co., Ltd. (NT) is wishing you to join our "ON-LINE AUCTION" and please read the following rules before your participation.

REGISTRATION

Company and persons who wish to bid have to have registration for membership to participate as a bidder.

OFFICIAL MACHINE LIST

Please check pictures of machines and we wil welcome your questions.

PRICE UNIT

The price on this on-line auction is indicated in Japanese funds (million Yen).

MISDESCRIBED ITEMS

Nippon Trading (NT) shall not be responsible for typing mistakes on the list.

BID PRICE

Only bid which is not lower than the "minimus bid" ( reserved price ) prices of the respective Lot No. listed in this list are accepted as valid bids.
The person or company who places the highest bid will be the successfull bidder of the Lot No. and shall receve the item in accordance with NT rules and conditions. The bid price shall be in Japanese Yen F.O.B. Japan or F.O.B. at the port of country and "AS IS".

PAYMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

NT shall send pro-forma invoice to the highest bidder who shall remit the full amount of price by wire transfer or issue irrevocable letter of credit until ten days after the date of bid closed.If the highest bidder failed to remit or to issue L/C until the above date the bidder shall loose the right to have the machine automatically.

NO WARRANTY

All machines shall be sold in " AS IS" and "F.O.B. JAPAN" conditions bidders are advised to examine the machines in web site and or inspection of machines before bidding. Submitted bid may not be cancelled, and payments shall not be reinbursed.

BIDDING RIGHT

NT shall hold the right to deprive bidding right in future bid if the highest bidder failed to complete business.

MACHINE CONDITION

Please check and examine pictures and condition report for consideration on bid and it is no warranty.However NT shall privide further condition report by bidder's request but also bidder can inspect the machine.

COMSUMPTION TAX 5 %

Bidder who wishes to sell the machine in Japan shall pay 5 % comsumption tax which is added to bidding price.

LOCATION

NT shall inform the exact location of machine by bidder's request for inspection.

ANNOUNCEMENT OF BID

NT shall announce the result of bid within two days after bid closed.

TIME OF BID CLOSED

Time of bid close is Japanese standard time exactly.

FAX BID

Not only e-mail bid but also fax bid shall be acceptable.FAX NO. 81-3-3791-2389 or 81-3-3713-9600 with bidder's ID NO. and the name of company or person.
